No complaints at all

Everyone else on here, complaining will never be satisfied, unless it was free. Lol Love my DTV!

Dont get the service. Ive had my app locked with "technical issues" as the app says for the last 3 months. And customer service gives a rats you know what.

DirecTV needs to make a deal with the NFL in being able to show all games, regardless of whether or not it is being shown on my local TV. If Im on vacation and want to watch a game from back home because its not being shown at my vacation location, I should be able to watch it. I mean, are we not paying enough for the service?

I click connect to chromecast. it crashes. I have to look at that f%*king ad again. repeat. every time.

This is the worst app in the world. I just wanted to watch my team play, but I can’t ever get the app to load and work properly. It buffers every 2 minutes. I called support and they said sorry they can’t do anything. I know Directv doesn’t care and probably won’t fix this, because they have a monopoly on NFL games, so nothing we can do, great!

I had no less than 5 weeks that didnt work. Why am I paying to watch a pause screenshot of the game. This is a joke.

Horrible with chromecast. Directv spent $1.5 billion for the rights. The rest of their money went to bad commercials. No money left to actually support the product.

I have tried to use the app about 6 times and I dint its ever gone more than 3 minutes without either spotty coverage or completely stopping. I use the Watch ESPN app all the time & never have issues. Please get it fixed or I will not consider the upgrade next year.

Even with 51ms/30 mbps down it still looks horrible and buffers.

I signed up. I was happy. I tried to watch a game. Was told the app cant stream local. The game I wanted to watch was 3000 miles away. Tried to watch another and another. Same thing. Now I was sad. Called customer service. After an hour on the phone they said they cant fix it. I asked how much I paid for the app. She said 49.95 a month. I asked to cancel. She said I cant till next year. Thank God for American monopolies. Be a fool like me and buy this app. Be a sad sad man

I have used this app on my iPad and iPhone and both work flawlessly. I was actually expecting it to be terrible with all these bad reviews but was surprised that there wasnt even a hiccup. Only annoying thing is the dumb ad you have to watch each time you open the app. I think you have to take these other reviews with a grain of salt they are all complaining about lack of AirPlay/chromecast support which obviously is not what this app was intended for. Sure it may be a possibility but does not mean its guaranteed. The other complaint I saw was for watching your local team while you travel, the ST is only for non-local teams and they have to base that off of something being your home zip code. I suppose it would be nice though that if you were in a different state if they could very your location by your wifi connection/IP address but thats probably more difficult than it sounds.
