Poor customer service as usual

App said failed to stream err 3100. Called customer support and lost whole 3rd quarter. They said it was my internet. I have the best U-verse package and can stream 3 devices at once with 3 tvs hooked up and a computer. I asked what the err meant and they told me I need to log out and log in over and over until it finally worked. Was upset as you pay by the month and only get Sunday games. Losing a quarter of your teams game is like having a loved one stolen. Upset with the apps reliability and customer service. Oh good luck calling in. They rerouted me 3 times as the number on website will get you lost. Good luck.
